1. What's your best price ?
We will quote you best price according to your quantity, so when you making an inquiry, please let us know the quantity you want.
2. What's the minimum order quantity? For regular bottles, it's 1~2 x 40HQ. For unique designed bottles, we can discuss accordingly.
3. How to get samples?
We can supply free samples, free express for member customers. Free samples, paid express cost for new customers.
4. What's the payment term and lead time? Our payment term is 50% in advance and 50% against the B/L copy or 100% L/C at sight.
Delivery time is one month after recieved the prepayment and confirmed the sample.
5. If any defective and broken bottles, how can you settle it for us?
We will replace the defective and broken bottles in your next order or as you required date.
6. How do you control the quality?
We can never guarantee 100% no quality problem, but we guarantee we will be responsible for any quality problem that is caused by us!
7. What if I need samples for test?
We can send you our available samples by freight account collect. For new custom made bottles, you can pay us test mold and sample cost first, and then we will make samples for you within 20 days.
